2021 Feedback to myself

For my yearly goals, each achievement would be...


1. Digging self-branding and understanding what my Strengths are

It means that I'm still on the way to seek my self-branding style.If I could tell you what kind of skills are acquired for now, it would be
Self-branding → Creative, PR, SEO, Digital Marketing
My strength → able to re-produce/re-categorize the existing stuff, resilient in times of stress


2. Improvement of my English skill
70%
I can't say big thing but I've started to work in NGO, namely Kopernik, which is working in Last mile area in Indonesia, and this is very fruitful experience for me to work and communicate with another members in English.


3. Contribution to several communities
30%
I've started a new challenge to work in Sun* Inc, and I couldn't have enough time to manage my lifestyle because I had tough time to manage movement/Job transfer/Marriage/Taking care of my parents,,,etc
If I should tell you how much achievement have been there in each goal, it would be

1. Digital skills(Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO, Facebook Blueprint)

I've managed to voluntarily consider the strategy and report format for startups in Africa (based on KAV), though now it aren't working well...This topic should be reconsidered in 2022.


2. Analysing African startups(Word Press/Photoshop/Video shooting/SNS)
I've started to make it my routine to feature African startup company every second day(7months*15articles=105 startups), though now it aren't working neither...This topic should be reconsidered in 2022.

I need to consider this topic continuously, but I have to think about the balance between these communities and my private life since we have very limited life-time...
