Huge tax have been paid to 2 projects because this is something that may decide their future plans.

However, it has been failed.Moreover, municipality systematically tried to cover up these failures and paid much more tax.

When you see successful cases, you have to pay attention to the trap.

Once you got success in some project, so many people will

1.ask you to visit your city to see the situation of your project

2.ask you to interview or have presentation

3.ask you to try to pilot model in another area.

These are traps to trouble you aside from your main business.

Examples of role model that got success in Park project.

1.Beer garden festival in Sapporo city

2.Most beautiful Starbucks in Toyama city

3.Madison square park in Manhattan

4.French restaurant, Matsumoto-rou, in Hibiya park

We should pay attention to the ratio of real estate and utilize it.

In Japan, the market capitalization of real estate is about 2.4 quadrillion yen.

Enterprise 470 trillion yen(profit 208t)

Public 570 trillion yen(municipality 420t)

Bullet train is not the key to solve problem.

Of course, it will promote the economy around the station, but the important thing is not only that one.

The bus in Hachinohe city in Aomori prefecture, one coin(=$1) bus, is interesting policy, because it will serve meal by just only one coin if you got on the bus.
